There is no better motivation than concrete goals! Getting in shape, cycling, reducing cellulite, losing weight or racing… New challenges never end in sports, especially in indoor cycling. So, which ones are yours?
Once you define your goals, you can customize them further. You can set specific goals such as “weekend tour with friends” instead of “cycling”, “lose 3kg” instead of “weight loss”, “60 km a week” instead of “long distance riding”. Clear and tangible goals push you to push your limits and take care; because you know where you're going!
That way you don't forget what awaits you at the finish line on days when your energy and desire are lower.
